You can go from zero to muffins in 25 minutes with this recipe. It's easy to whip up a batch of these before school, and my kids love them more than any other muffins I make. Every recipe I get from Cori is a keeper!

This is also our favorite muffin recipe...we've been making it for close to 20 years since we got the recipe from Cori :). I think I have 2 favorite recipes from her - the other is her hot fudge topping recipe.
ReplyDeleteI love this recipe! It was so easy and I could not believe how plump and beautiful they cooked up! My brown sugar was a little hard and had chunks of it still in the mixture. I loved how they turned out, with little surprises of melted brown sugar in the middle of the muffins. Thanks Becca! Love them!
